Description
Within a modernisation project, various properties are to be infrastructurally upgraded during the coming years. The focus is on energy-related building modernisation, innovation and the use of state-of-the-art technology. The planned measures are being carried out with the aim of economic promotion. That means, small and medium-sized companies located in the centres will benefit either in the form of reduced ancillary expenses or modern infrastructure at reasonable conditions. The client also intends to allow the modernisation measures to take place during ongoing operations.
