Low-voltage network, lightning protection, safety lighting in some areas, data network, door intercom system, heat ventilation systems, technical systems in the outdoor facilities

Description

A mixed-use residential building was built on the Quedlinburger Str. 45 site, which was initially operated as accommodation for refugees and supplemented with social infrastructure and commercial facilities. In the subsequent use, both family apartments and small apartment units were provided.
