Description
As part of a refurbishment project, various properties are to be upgraded in terms of infrastructure over the coming years. The focus is on energy-efficient building
refurbishment, innovation and the use of state-of-the-art technology. The planned measures will be carried out with the aim of promoting the economy, i. e. small and medium-sized companies located in the locations will benefit either in the form of lower utility costs or modern infrastructure at reasonable conditions. The client also intends to carry out the refurbishment measures during ongoing operations.
