Scope of services
District heating, cooling systems with free cooling in redundant design, surface system for heat and cold transfer, heating/cooling sails, underfloor heating/cooling, demand-driven air volume control, flexible design of the control zones, rainwater management, medium-voltage system, low-voltage system with uninterruptible power supply, car and bicycle charging stations with energy management, technical equipment and furnishing of the cleanrooms (furnishing of cleanroom cells), technical equipment and furnishing of the laboratories (compressed air, argon gas, technical cooling, emergency showers, special exhaust air), area-wide lighting control, area-wide individual room control, building automation with management and operating equipment and individual room control, creation of a measuring and monitoring concept, consideration of all requirements for KfW55 funding.
Description
The new company location of Scienion GmbH was built at Wagner-Régeny-Str. 15 in Berlin. Laboratories, cleanrooms, production, storage, administration, sales and service areas as well as a canteen and a basement with integrated underground parking were built on a total of 4 upper floors.
