Scope of services
Sanitary installations, heating systems, air-water heat pumps, ventilation systems, medium-voltage and low-voltage systems, data network, PV system, external sun shading, compliance with the “KfW-55” energy standard and compliance with the Assessment System for Sustainable Building (BNB) “Silver” standard.
Description
Building B is located on the main campus of the Technische Universität Berlin (TU Campus). It is a four-story building with a partial basement, built in 1963 and classified as a listed building.
The building is to be completely refurbished and upgraded to meet energy efficiency standards, with a focus on comprehensive energy efficiency and sustainability measures.
The intention is to create spacious and flexible office units. In addition, an event room for up to 200 people is to be built on the ground floor.
