Description
In collaboration with the University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald, WITENO GmbH is planning to transform the Mensa am Wall, which was closed in 2018, into a digital innovation center for the state. The aim is to create a communication and cooperation hub for start-ups, the IT and creative scene as well as existing companies. The refurbishment of the old canteen is to be carried out using state-of-the-art technology and offer the best conditions for young and existing companies. The building services will be planned and dimensioned accordingly. Modern workplaces with a good mix of individual workstations and open-space
offices with meeting zones will be created. Conference and event rooms of various sizes will also be available.
